I’m interested in all types of subject matter. Anything that provides an opportunity to produce something beautiful or interesting.

My wife and I offer photographic services to the Goshen, Bristol and Middlebury area. We specialize in family portraits, senior photos, and event photography. We have had many opportunities to photograph people, from informal outdoor portrait sessions to formal weddings.

I enjoy digital photography for the instant results and the infinite possibilities for enhancing an image. I enjoy working on images in Lightroom and Photoshop as a way to explore beauty. My main goal isn’t to reproduce exactly what I saw through the viewfinder, but if possible, something more beautiful.

When not photographing people, I enjoy shooting macro or closeup photos, nature and sports.

I love to be outside and observe plants and animals. Nature photography allows me to record interesting or beautiful wildlife.

Macro or closeup photography can create some really interesting images.

I love editing digital images because I can get creative. Software allows endless possibilities to manipulate, combine and enhance images. See some of the special effects that are possible.
